Where is the ground for the instrument cluster? 700

My speedometer jumps around while i'm sitting in traffic with lights on. I figured it was my ground being loose for the wire. Where is the ground located for the speedometer and the other instruments? I noticed that it is moving the odometer with it and wanted to fix it pretty soon.
