Heater Fan, Installing On/Off Switch in Line 200 1981

1981 B21F: My heater fan is pretty loud. Driving around it's OK, but at stop signs, etc., the hum is fairly pronounced. I'd like to install a switch so that I can cut the juice to it when I don't need it on. Right now it runs all the time, even on the lowest setting. Any advice on a good professional way to do this would be appreciated. Easiest way to track down the wire that feeds it, etc.
