windshield replacement tips? 200

i had my windshield worked on recently to repair a leak; however, since the guy took it off and reinstalled it, windnoise and different leaks have been a constant problem. are there any tips to finding a shop that can put on a new windshield without windnoise and leaks? i'm sure they'll all tell me "it'll be no problem," but are there any specific questions i could or should ask them before selecting the shop? by the way, it's a '92 244. many thanks.
