Mold in Interior 200 1979

My brick was left with the window open while I was out of the country (and I live in Portland, Oregon). It smells like beans on the inside. I had heard that there are products for "eating" the mold/mildew so the car does not smell. Has anyone used these products and thinks well enough of them to recommend (or have other ideas)? Thanks for any information in advance!
