Hard to identify 200 1989

Help, just had a tuneup a month ago. Car runs rough, (evenly but with a vibration) When stopped at a light, car wants to go. You can feel it through the gas pedal, or brake. Nothing loose on bottom of vehicle. Car buzzes or runs like there is a blockage preventing fuel from getting through properly. Any info helpful. Thanks.
