Waterpump leaking 200

Recently I noticed that the waterpump on my 1983 242 turbo (b21ft) is leaking at the connection at the top of the water pump to the block. I'm sure you know the one I'm talking about if you have ever changed the water pump before. Is there anyway I can stop this from leaking? Should I replace the water pump again (I changed it 60 000 kms ago for the same reason)? Or should I just leave it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
