Noise from fuel pump, rough idel in park. 900 1993

I have a low hum coming from the fuel pump under the drivers door. The other odd thing is after driving for 30 min. and I put it into park the idle start to run up and down by about 500 rpm, only after it has warmed up. Also the bulb out light is on and they all work. Also when a take the key out of the inginton and turn off the fan, the radio lights up, then I turn the fan on the light goes out, all the time with no key in. Thanks Bob
