940 front seats 900 1992

I have a 1992 940T with leather, heated, 2 memory electric front seats. How difficult is it to remove these front seats? Whats the process? Anything to look out for? Are all 900 series seats interchangable? I am looking to deep clean under and around the tight spots of the front seats and maybe replace the drivers side with a newer less worn version. Thanks.
