Throttle body swap - HELP 700

I have a 85 740 turbo, and am putting in a 90 motor. The throttle body on the 85 has a knob to adjust the idle-the air idle screw. The 90 throttle does not use the idle control screw, so I think the body must be automatically regulated. Would it be fine to use the 90 throttle body? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you, steve
