I had my door panel off and noticed several of the red plastic washers
that are used on the spindles of the power window mechanisim are missing.
This allows the metal clip to run along the white plastic guide and
bung it all up. The one washer I cut out of a milk carton didn't last long.
delrin would be good. has anyone found an acceptable replacement for these?

Handy power window asjustment tip: there are adjustable block stops for max up and down. for whatever reason these were adjusted on my car so they did nothing. everytime the window dropped all the way down there was crunching and the doorpanel would flex (flex at window up too). Now that i've limited the movement, it's super smooth and quiet at max up or down. :-)
