wiring harnesses 700

Does anyone know if the engine bay and in-car wiring harnesses are the same between the B230F, the B234F and the B230FT? How about the B280F in-car harness?

Background to this question: I may have to swap engines between a 740 16-valve and a 740 or 760 turbo (putting the 16-valve engine into the turbo body, and probably swapping the leftover turbo engine back into the 16-valve body to make that a runner again too), or maybe a 760 V6. Long story why anyone would want to do that, but I've long ago concluded that "people are strange, live with it" anyway. Would it work to just swap the engines around, swap the ECUs around, would I need to grab the engine bay wiring harnesses as well, or would I need to work on the in-car wiring harnesses (the under dash stuff) too? Assume late modelyear (88/89/90/91) 700 series vehicles.
