Turned off car hot, stopped it, no she wont turn over. I am stuck at a parking lot. 700

Can anyone help me? I am stuck . I turned her over, got the car hot, drove up the highway. Came back out to the car, she started fine again. Turned her off to get something out of the trunk. Now the starter engine wont turn the engine over although it sounds healthy when she tries to start up. Any clues? I am freezing my ass off!
