New PV544 owner have some questions about B16B 444-544 1961

I just recently purchased a 1961 PV544 Sport with B16B ....
I need to know ......
1. What is the best oil to use for the crankcase.
2. What is this about oiling the carbs....And what oil should I use...
3. What is the gas octane rating I should use...
4. What type of brake fluid...Dot4 or Dot3

PV is being delivered on Saturday ....I am sure I will have more questions
after I get to play with it for a few days.......
