Sway Bar End Links 200 1987

I'm snapping the above. Pass side went a month or so ago, drivers side went today. All front end parts were replaced last summer. Turbo sway bar with all new bushings installed at the same time. What is the torque for the sway bar end link to lower control arm? How tight should the nut holding the poly washers that the sway bar fits in between be?

Any thoughts on what/how/why this is happening?

TIA,
RP
