too much antifreeze??? 900

just had the turbo done, talked to the mech today.. he had a little problem, when he refilled the coolant he droppedi nthe 5ltrs volvo anitfreeze i had provided, then could only get another ltr or so of water in...turned out he hadnt drained the block...

so im guessing im now running 75% antifreeze...can this do any harm???
