HELP!!!!!!!!!!!-Can't find regina parts 700 1991

I have a 91 740 with Regina system. Its been sitting up about a year. It started yesterday and codes indicate the air temp sensor is bad. Can't find one in the usual online places. Where can I get this thing, and is it really expensive? Also, could this be MAP sensor as an alternative fault?
