According to my Speedo, my Volvo is WICKED FAST! 200

My '87 240 wagon has a speedo which reads about 60 mph. when I start the car in cold weather. When I get up to about 50 mph. it reads about 90 mph. and when I'm going about 75 it reads around 120 SO ANYWAY.......heres the deal after the car has been driven for about 30 minutes or the car is warm it all goes up about 15. My electrical connections are good but my odometer does not work. Does it sound like I just need a new speedo? Also my cruise does not work because of my speedo'c poor condition (or so I was told)
