car fixed! final update 200 1983

Hi all,

the shimmying/crappy running problem was being caused by a cracked distributor cap. got a new cap, rotor and new volvo spark plugs, and it runs good again. my great mechanic took a quick peek, immediately diagnosed the bad cap and had me back on the road within 10 minutes of being towed to the shop.

alamo automotive is the best volvo shop in portland oregon!!!!!

now i know what a cracked distributor cap looks/sounds like so if it happens again i can fix it myself. (total cost of repair $30 bucks)
