Buzzing Noise - Fuel pump or bee's in my head? 200

Hello everyone. In the past month or so I have noticed that when my '92 240 wagon gets down to about 1/3 of a tank of gas or less, there is a buzzing noise that i can hear inside the car. It seems to be coming from the back but I can't be sure. When I go and put more gas in, the buzzing goes away. Do I have a sick pump, bees buzzing around in my head or something else?
