Okay, I just had Volvo check why "check engine" light came on and they came up with error codes 311 and 212. They said RPM sensor needs replacing and O2 sensor is slow responding. They want $500 to replace, ouch! I don't have $500 to throw into my brick, can I replace these myself and can I wait until it warms up a little(Newport, RI)? I read about silicone deteriation in O2 sensor could lead to fault, I will check that first. Otherwise, I will try to replace on my own. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and knowledge fellow bricksters.
