intermitant buzzing w/ turn signals. 200

My '84 245 w/ 218,729 on the clock likes to go "BZZZ" when i use the turn signal, or even sometimes when I don't. I suspect the little blue box otherwise known as the seat belt indicator noise thing, but what I am wondering is if it is just the box going bad OR if it means I have a bad wiring problem elsewhere, which is it?
