timing belt/water pump 200 1991

Hi guys

The timing belt on my ’91 245 is due for replacement. Should I have the water pump replaced at the same time? The car has 165,000 miles and I think the water pump is original. Is there anything else I should have replaced? I'm also going to do the wires, dist cap/rotor, etc.
