Hi all I've been having some other probs with my 89 740t.
There's been a strange leak with the car. My drivers' side rear window for a long time had chewed up plasitc gears. Of course, the window stayed cracked by about an inch, and rain would readily pour in during a storm. I replaced the gear, and the window rolls up like new, but I'm still getting leaks. I cannot seem to find any damp spots in the headliner, or any spots near the glass, yet the floor behind the driver's seat is always damp after a downpour. The rim around the sunroof looks good as well. I have also blown the sunroof drainage lines clean. Any other places I should look? Anyone had similar problems with their 7xx volvo and leakage back there?
