running on two cylinders 140-160 1973

my 1973 144(B20F,FI-D-jet)only runs on two cylinders #3 and #4. i have good compression,all valves are adjusted,and is in good timing. all injectors are working .i have replaced all spark plugs,wires,points,condenser,cap,rotor,how come it won't run?the auxilary air does not work and the cold start valve does not work but it should still start...i haven't checked the fuel pressure ,but if were off it would not run at all ,right? PLEASE HELP,and thank you....
