25amp fuse location 200

I have read allot about the 25amp fuse problems and I don't think I have one in my 91 but I was wondering if this circled point in the photo is it. Thanks in advance for assistance. This is the first time I have tryed to ad photo so I don't know if it is going to show up here or if you will have to click on the link below.
