Installing new exhaust sys from cat back-tips anyone? Please. 200

I've ordered the complete exhaust system from the cat back, and would like to install it myself. I have access to a welder, but was told I simply need to use clamps. Opinions?
Anyone with tips or caveats would be greatly appreciated. I've read some posts here, but haven't found much in step by step instructions.
