B21 in a 142 140-160 1973

How does the B21 fit in my 142?
Do i need to modify anything?

From what i've heard before i should mount the oilpan from the old b20 to the b21 engine and it would fit.

Could this really be true?

Does it fit in the B20's orginal holes?
