Rattle in front passenger wheel well 200

I have problems with this well in recent months. The tire felt like is wobbly. I added more weight and had it rebalanced and remounted twice. Seems like that problem went away. Now, I hearing a rumbling sound, more like a marble rolling around. I remounted the tire and replaced two of the lug nuts but doesnt seem to be working. In recent months I have changed the wheel bearings and the struts. Could it be the ball joints, as someone suggested to me?
