cat. converter broke.

Seems my catalyic converter pipe broke a few inches before the actual body of the cat. Havent brought it anywhere to see if anyone wants to try and repair it first, but I did notice that JC whitney has a direct replacement cat for $99. The question is will this have the 02 sensor bung built into it. Anyone tried the JC whitney cat?
