AMM & O2 sensor checks 200 1986

I tested some LH 2.2 component specs according to Bentley's and got the following:

Item spec my result

AMM heated wire 3.5-4 ohms 2.8 ohms
ambient impedance

oxygen sensor 0.4-1.0 volts .2 - .7 volts (Digital Multimeter)
voltage out

Also, manual suggested pulling oil dipstick should affect O2 sensor voltage, but I couldn't see an effect.

Is the low AMM reading typical of worn-out units, and does this definitely point to need for replacement?

Does low O2 output, or failure for dipstick pull to affect output indicate need for replacement of O2 sensor?
