I'm At A Loss..................... 200 1985

I have a question about my 86 245 b23f NA .I'm sure you have seen my recent post about my TB (the huge PIC). The random stalling/idle problems I've had and thought I fixed are back, not as bad but still are back. I have cleaned/replaced(1) injectors, flame trap, Tb(haveing to make a gasket),tps clicks when throttle moves, and most of the intake, replaced the vacuum line on to of the valve cover cleaned the brass fitting it plugs into and the pcv(?) on it, new plugs, new dist cover/rotor. The amm seems to work, new air filter (temp flap was stuck closed in the breather box so it was removed) NO Preheater hose (removed be PO, don't really need it in central FL) , both fuel pumps are new, replaced FPRelay, cleaned IAC,and FPRegulator.
The Problem Went away for a day or so (wild bucking/idle, almost stalling) But now it kinda back. Not nearly as bad the stall it experienced today was a "silent stall" where it would just quit and restart no problem at stops. I have noticed the idle "pulsing" about 250 rpms. Also when I rev it revs down and dive below the idle its set at then instantly regains. I just picked up a Haynes Manual (Pep Boys $5 bucks, thanks To Eric S. for his sharp eye for discount open packages) to no avail in finding a problem.
I was thinking faulty temp sensor, or maybe a bad knock sensor retarding the timing?
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks In Advance
