Right in front of the throttle body bellows and just behind the vertical bar that supports the intake manifold is a small unit of some kind. It has an electrical connection and another line that goes back to the fuel distributor. It's size is about 1 1/4 inch in diameter. When the engine is idling it makes a buzzing sound. Three questions:
1. What is this piece called?
2. What is it's function?
3. Is it supposed to buzz noticeably?
