Wiper Fuse Blowing 200

Hey all,
81 240 Wagon that has a problem with the Wipers blowing. I haven't done any real sleuth work yet, but I believe that if I have the stereo on and run the wipers, the fuse for the wipers blows...Anybody have this problem before? Suggestions?
