Faster Wipers? 140-160

Is there any wiper motor that would fit in my 1971 142 that would go much faster then a stock 142 wiper setup? I am using my car for rallying and I can't see anything when there is a heavy rain and i am going 70mph. So is a 240's wiper setup interchangable? And are they faster? Maybe a 740? Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.
