Hood and headlights damaged 700 1990

Smashed the nose on my '90 740. I can't find a resonably priced replacement hood or headlights. Apparently Volvo only made that hood for one year. The junk yards are full of pre 90 models. Anyone retro fiited the hood and lights off an earlier 740 ? Whats involved?
Any help would be appreciated, as don't I want to put the car to "sleep"
