Still pumping oil from Oil Filler Cap after complete Flame Trap cleaning 200 1988

Here's a problem! Thought I completely cleaned the crankcase ventilation system and am still getting oil spewing out from the filler cap. Here's what I did:
1. new gasket under filler cap
2. cleaned flame trap
3. small hose and brass nipple in intake manifold cleaned
4. large hose flushed and cleaned
5. plastic 'Y' cleaned
6. s shaped hose on top of breather box cleaned
7. breather box removed, cleaned and flushed.
I didn't take any shortcuts, why is it still pumping pressure out the cap?
