Brake Light Problem 200 1993

I lost my brake lights. I've got a 93 240. When I press the on the brake I can hear the park lock out working. I assume this means the brake light switch is also working. Does this sound correct??
I don't have any of the three lights. I have changed the bulbs to make sure.
Any thoughts?????
