Advice - two sticky front brake pistons 700

My 88 745ti w/ABS pulls to the right when I brake. When I went to replace the rotors and pads, I found that the seal on both of the left front bendix pistons were torn. I think this was due to that spray goo on the back of the pad.

So here's my dilema:
Do I replace the whole caliper all together?
or
Do I try and take the caliper apart?

How difficult is this going to be especially with the ABS sensors?
