i've had a couple 240's and liked 'em, and i'm looking for a wagon again. i'd like to get some opinions from any of you who've made the jump from a 240 to a 940. pros/cons?

what are the major differences between a 240 and a 940?

was there a strong enough leap in design/engineering to merit spending more for a decent 940 over, say a '92 or '93 245 with around 100K? or is a 245 still just as reliable over the long haul, just without 'bells and whistles?' or am i comparing apples and oranges???

i'd truly appreciate any feedback!
