Laundry list plus important check for coolant loss 900 1991

All questions are for a 91 940SE wagon, B230FT w/ AW71
I have been doing the spring check everything. After changeing the heater hoses & valve (it snapped when I removed the hose clamp)the movement caused the coolant return pipe (enters back of waterpump) to bend & leak. The tube was very corroded. Has anyone ever changed one & do you have to pull the exhaust manifold?

Has anyone ever removed an airbag permanently? How did you deal w/ the trouble codes? My wife is quite small & I don't like how close she has to sit to the airbag.

I hunted all over but I can't find the charge pressure valve/switch (over boost safety switch, any ideas?

What tools (sizes)are needed to change the o-rings & crush washers for the remote oil filter assembly (FAQ was a little confusing).
