Timing belt and seals 200 1990

I'm getting ready to do a timing belt change (my first, but my father-in-law's second). I know that at least one of the seals is leaking. How do the sprockets (or whatever they are called) come off so that I can get to the seals? Also what is the best way to remove the seals and the best way to install the new ones?

Is there a post where which talks about this?

I plan to check the Oil Breather box before I do this.

Thanks in advance for any info.
