Converting a 240 to 5 speed 200

Well I tried doing a search on this subject a few minutes ago and just got an error message, so I thought I'd ask for the current wisdom on the subject. I ask the question primarily because it seems so difficult to find a late model decent 240 wagon with 5 speed.

Obviously we'll need a flywheel clutch gearbox. What about pedal conversion, driveshaft, trans mount etc.

Thanks for any help you can give.
