HELP! Volvo keeps stalling and bogging down! 200

I have a 87 240DL 265k. I just drove the 500 miles to my folks place. After the drive I spent the weekend using my dads tools grinding and fixing rust spots. Change the oil and air filter. This morning I pack the car up to leave start driving and it's doing this bucking thing. It only happens under load. Then it wuld start stalling when i coasted to a stop and I would pop the clutch. Turn around and barely get it back in the driveway. It will idle and run fine. If I give it gas in nuetral when it goes back to idle it dies and then kicks back in. if I give it gas and hold it it starts to buck. Please any help would be great I need to get back home!!! thanks everyone....mike
