i have a 83 245 turbo intercooler. parked it this afternoon ,started it 20 minutes later got a block and died. wouldn't start . i could smell gas after cranking it a coulpe of time sound like it wants to start but wount. let it cool down hoping it was the thermal time switch, still wouldn't start checked the fuel distriber, moves freely. checked all the electrical conections and vacume hose, all good. didnt have a wrench to check for spark. any other place i should look? o2 sensor? all my other cars are k-basic. please help. thanks in advance.
