What is a safe way to clean up the engine compartment? I dont want to damage any of the $$ hoses but also dont want any water or chemicals to accidently get inside them if I take them off. Could I rubber band sandwich bags over the openings the hoses attach to possibly? Any stuff under the hood that absolutely cannot be touched by engine cleaner? Any recommendations on a good Volvo friendly engine cleaner?
