trying to determining selling price for 1993 940 900

I am in the process of trying to determine what I should ask for a 1993 940.
I know about edmunds and kelly blue book but their ranges for selling prices seem to be pretty wide. Here are the specifics:

1993 940 sedan
156k
2nd owner since 1994 have most records
lots of maint / repairs over last year
2 new tires
new brakes
new radiator about 30k ago
new timing belt yesterday
just had tranny flush and oil change and tune up
new muffler from cat back

I was thinking about $4,500. Does anyone know if this sounds about right? Any suggestions?
