760 Oil Leak 700

I'm looking at an '87 760 Turbo Wagon. I have found one that is in pretty good condition and well within my budget, however, it leaks oil. I was wondering if anyone knew an approximate cost on getting oil leak(s) repaired. Is this a common problem for the 760?
