Too much fuel going to turbo 700

'87 760 turbo w/ 181k miles.
The car will run for short time (couple of minutes) then die. Sometimesit will start back up for a couple minutes more. The turbo is loading up with so much fuel that it leaks out to the ground.
Any ideas? Thnaks.
