Maintenance schedule says change timing belt at 60K and 80K. doesn't that seem weird? 200 1991

Shouldn't it be 60K and 120K? I just can't imagine why the first timing belt lasts 60K and the second only 20K.

Any ideas and I guess the answer is, should I change mine?

Also, the timing belt is not the one that also runs the A/C compressor, is it? Dumn question but I can't seem to recall now.
