The driver's seat in my '93 245 is busting my behind, and I'm thinking of getting a new lower cushion and webbing. Has anyone replaced theirs, and is it a tough job for a level 2 armchair mechanic, or should I buy the cushion/webbing and let an upholstery shop do the job? The Volvo parts guy told me that the 'hog ring' pliers needed to do the job properly would cost $30-40, and that I would also need 'hog rings'. Advice...? Thanks.
